Don't get me wrong, I own over 16 staple guns from Senco and have been very loyal to their products. However, recently I have had two staple guns go bad on me; one out of the box, the other within just a few weeks of purchase. I have tried to reach out to their customer service, but I have not anyone get back to me. Very frustrating to not be able to get replacements and keep my team moving.

Great staple gun, but of course, it's a Senco. This staple gun is pretty awesome, even if you are stapling something and you hit metal it will not jam up the gun, it will just break the staple, which is better because you don't have to stop what you are doing and clear the jam out of the gun, you can just keep going. The Porter Cable I have used jammed up so much it was annoying, not with this gun though!
