Pros:* Good hook shape.* The metal looks good. Time will tell how durable they are.* Simple design is good.Cons:* Made in China.* Low quality safety latches that will bend and not last very long.Overall:These should be usable for a while. I might update this review later.

These hooks are thick and solid metal. They are made for the job they are intended, nothing fancy, but a good solid hook with a spring opening. I did not need 10, but I have so many loose chains around the property, I can use them for a number of things now that they have some hooks on them. Price per hook, these are not the cheapest ones out there, but they heft of these makes me think they are made solid and will hold up to the tasks I will need them for. Getting a set of 10 gives you some extra hooks that you will certainly find a use for. I think the price was reasonable for the quality of these hooks. The one thing I know I will need is spare cotter pins, as I will Inevitably loose one.
