Arrived in a box, vacuum sealed, and had a gift bag and ribbon ready should we have needed.Very soft! Santa bright two of these for my 6-year old twin boys. The whale shark is almost as long as they are tall! They cuddle with them at night.My only complaint is the zipper compartment on the bottom is a straight shot to the stuffing. I can see how one could re-fluff the stuffing easier with this, but my children like to play with the whale shark’s “guys”. I have had to sew both ends of the zipper back closed, but my boys do play rough.

I literally have three of these now, one tiny, one medium, one large (100cm) these whale sharks are SO soft and have a good squish/firm balance. I may buy another one for me on top of one as a gift for my future niece/nephews. The top fin has a bit of foam inside so it stands up, the side fins and tail keep their shape because they’re stuffed well. all things considered it really looks just like a real whaleshark and is the best quality stuffed animal I own. Would work wonderful as a “watch me grow” plush for milestone photos with babies and kids to see how they grow because the quality is so good I’m sure it will last a lot longer than other stuffed animals may. I’ve had mine for at least 3 years now lost count sorry. Their eyes are so cute and the largest size and smallest size are my favourites, perfect as a pillow, bed decoration, or extra arm support to hold. They did arrive vacuum sealed so it takes maybe a day for them to completely fluff up but give it time they turn out wonderful. The mouth is soft but also pretty spacious! I keep mine on my bed, and store a few instant ice pack bags inside the mouth because I’m chronically ill and having ice packs within reach at night is helpful for pain. I use the tiny whalesharks mouth to hold my tv remote so I don’t lose it! I really believe just about any age can enjoy this unless plastic eyes are a safety hazard for too little kids. Also, there is a small zipper on the belly so you can remove or add stuffing, and there’s a cute detailed embroidery design atop the whalesharks head, each white spot is also embroidered.
