The 3B Scientific L60 testicle self-examination model is a life-sized, lifelike, teaching model made of SKINlife silicone material that has two fixed lumps in the left testicle for palpation, and two moveable testicles, epidymi, and spermatic cords in the scrotum. A testicle model is a lifelike model used by individuals, educators, and professionals in home health care, health and science care, and educational applications to learn palpation techniques used in physical examinations.
This testicle self-exam model is made of SKINlife silicone material for a natural, skin-like feel and a realistic, lifelike examination experience. The front of the L60 is marked by a replication of the beginning of the penis. The left testicle has two fixed lumps to simulate common pathological findings, and to provide palpation learning techniques for physical examination. One lump is to the front and side and has a 5mm diameter and is fixed, eminent, hard and smooth. The additional fixed lump, located on the front, has a 15mm diameter, and is also eminent, hard and smooth. The left testicle is suspended slightly lower and is slightly larger. The epididymis and the head of the epididymis lie on top of the upper pole of the testicle. The body and caudate of the epididymis lie on the rear and continue to the spermatic cord. Along with vessels and coats, it forms the spermatic cord to which the testicle is movably connected within the scrotum.
The form measures 3.5 x 3.1 x 1.6 inches/8.89 x 7.88 x 4.1cm (H x W x D). H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back. The unit weighs 0.42 lb., and can be cleaned with soap and warm water. The L60 comes with a detailed pamphlet on testicular self-examination, a durable carrying case with a zipper, and a beige polyester/nylon blend slipcover.

Back in '98 I was contacted by Mr. Llewellyn Sinclair, who had seen my work as Speedo model (you can see it at [...]) in order to model for a series of medical examination tools. Well, it was definitely a step up from modeling in the Sears catalogue, so I took the job. Years later I'm happy to say that although it never resulted in my career expanding into Hollywood, I have been felt up by a lot of med students for the good of humanity (LOL). I'd like to point out that while the flesh tone is very realistic, the wrinkle factor is a bit inaccurate, as my nethers always tended to look like an albino iguana's neck pouch (thanks Mom!)Well now I'm happy to announce that a new line of testicular exam products is being released. Coming in June we have Testicular Jell-O Molds, where you'll be able to cast your favorite flavored hoof-based gelatin snack in the shape of my scrotum. The jello molds are just as realistic as this model, and instead of a tumor, you can imbed the jello mold with marshmallows, banana slices or the fresh fruit of your choice. I was shocked when I received my 3B Scientific L60 Testicle Model. It was just too darn small compared to the 3B Scientific W 43014 Testicle Exam Form. While the 3B W 43014 Testicle Exam Form is the Cadillac of Testes, the tiny L60 is just a clown car. And that ball sack it comes in is much too ugly. It doesn't even smell as good as the W 43014. So save your cash. Buy the best there is! The Amazing 3B Scientific W 43014 Testicle Exam form. You won't regret it!
