Make sure they will pick it up in your area first! After I filled it I attempted to have them pick it up and only got that they do not service my area so I had to figure out where to dispose of the material.

Worked as expected and was picked up by the local trash with no problem. This was so much cheaper than other options we looked into, especially compared to renting a dumpster.

It was more cost effective to rent a dumpster.

We recently lost our Father and had to clean out his small apartment. Renting a dumpster would have cost a lot more and it wouldn’t have filled a quarter of one. After donations of the things we could, the bag was perfect for what we needed. We unfolded, filled and contacted Waste Management. They were very responsive and picked it up within 3 days. I would highly recommend this for anyone for small remodel projects or small clean outs such as ours.

However, since it is a Waste Management product, I will also advise that you will pay considerably more for their removal service. In my So FL location, I paid $220 to WM and another 10% to my city for their vigorish.Nonetheless, the bag held an entire bathroom (no tub) demolition and was it held together upon the extended arm pickup.

This used to be a great service. Not anymore. Instead of a WM truck with a hook arriving to pick up the bag(s) as pictured on the Bagster website, they now send a junk trunk. The new pickup is to empty the bag by hand and load the contents into a junk truck. This can be messy, not to mention the liability if one of the workers injures themselves on the construction debris. In addition, these crews dont want to take any bags that have a mix of tile, mortal and other demolition/construction items. Guess they cant dig it out by hand. When the junk crew arrived for my last two bags, they were only interested in taking one the two bags from a bathroom renovation. Unless I paid the $ 600 in ADDITIONAL fees - then what was impossible suddenly becomes possible. I sent crew away and am getting a credit for payments to Bagster. What a disappointment!. I have used this service a number of times in the past and was very pleased. I will not be using them again.

The bag performed fine. I had to hire a third party to get rid of the bag because Waste Management will sell the bags to anyone, but if you live in an area that doesn’t have the appropriate machine they will not even help you or refund the cost of the bag itself.I was remodeling my kitchen and this was one of the worst experiences I had. Called a local guy and he was amazing.
