set up was easy but then it started randomly turning on by itself, The Remote stopped working and the video library is inferior quality with glitches at the beginning and end of the videos. I contacted customer support and the only reply I received was to unplug it when not in use, so it doesn’t turn on by itself. I am returning it for a replacement and hopefully It don’t have the same problems.

This 3d hologram projector is super cool, has awesome color. Come programmed with many images and easy to add your own images.The app acts up sometimes and freezes. Not very Samsung user friendly- worked better with iphone.

I have bought hologram fans before different brand and I was really happy with it untill it broke down after 2 years. My niece touch the fan and ended up breaking it. So I decided to try this one . Right of the back it was a super nice presentation. But then I got to assembling it and it was a pain . Screwing the leafs on the motor it was ridiculously a pain.when finished had to download load this app that I'm pretty sure gave my phone a virus.and it was in Chinese after I figured out how to set it in English come to find out that I have to connect to router too. It's super bright and a lil blurry,I will Definitely not buy again.

I had purchased 5 other 3D fans of the 2 BLADE variety to use at a trade show to display 3D rotation models of our Microsoft Flight Simulator Realistic Helicopters. They were quite a good draw to the booth. However, they did flicker and I wanted something much larger. Perhaps even a human narrator. I found these were available and advertised with "Splicing" compatibility. So I bought THREE of them. They arrived. I unboxed and assembled. First off, they ARE brighter and clearer than the 2 BLADE variety. However. they do NOT have a standard tripod stud mount. I looked and looked for their vertical 3 fan mounting tripod. No Where to be found! So much for the animated Human at our booth. So I pivoted to a large horizontal array (3x1) to show a helicopter slowly rotating as I had on a single one of the 2 BLADE version. Cobbled together a tripod/light stand I had to mount them. Got it all up and running with MUCH difficulty since there is NO clear instructions for the Windows Splicing program nor the Phone one. Using a Phone to do this is a real pain. Once I got them on a network (created with a spare router) and my PC on that network. Trial and error got me to the point where the non stock .mp4 was playing on 3 fans. With HUGE gaps and NOT synced very well. Evidently, you have to have the images OVERLAP quite a bit to stitch them together. AND that means at least on fan has to be OFFSET forward or back so they do smash into each other. At this point, I am unable to get them all to turn on/off together. Could be one is bad?It could be a fantastic product and at the price point very much in demand for trade shows, expos, flea markets and the like. It is VERY finicky to get working. I wish the manufacturer would reach out to me. But they never do.I paid for my 3 fans almost 600.00 and they are only semi-usable.If anyone figures anything out... let me know! It's likely the only way purchasers will ever have any success.Rick
