The cord that connects the base to the power source is faulty and now it won't light up at all! I would like a replacement from the seller because it's just outside my return window.

The crystal ball made the perfect gift for my daughter. I didn’t know that she had this product in her wish cart for a while. But when she opened it it had a small chip on the top. She said it doesn’t matter and won’t return. I felt it should be perfect , I couldn’t even look at it.
