Item was clearly used, full of dirt and grime, had to clean as it was pointless to spend time and effort to send back. Bad business to send someone something they buy “new” only to be sent something used.

This system is very helpful for cleaning the different-sized recessed aerators in the faucets around my house. Well made, easy to use.

This is a very nice kit that brings all the necessary tools needed to replace faucet items like recessed aerators that are so difficult to replace when they get obstructed with hard water residue. Unfortunately, the aerator replacement keys did not fit my particular Moen faucet aerator. But these are far better than the plastic aerator removal tools made of plastic that are seen on Amazon that wear off after a few uses. These are made of strong metallic mterial.

This is a decent set of tools to remove your faucet aerator but are a bit hard to use. It turns out this set did not cover the size I needed for my Moen bathroom faucet, but that is my problem not theirs. What I was not wild about is that the keys only grab at two spots on the aerator and I would worry about stripping them out. I wound up buying the "tubular" keys that grab in five or six different points.

Unfortunately these took a long time to arrive (already had the faucet up an running), but it's a nice set. The metal is thick, and they fit the aides they're meant for. I do wish they included a Tom Thumb size key as well to make it a complete set, but the listing didn't show one, so...The keys have no flex at all. The work as intended, and the inclusion for the aerator wrench is nice but not necessary for my needs. It's made if heavy plastic, so it might come in handy later. So, a nice little set at a reasonable price. If you don't often deal with Tom Thumb size aerators, I definitely recommend.

I had thought that there was a 5th key in the set because of something that was partly obscured, but it looks like now that must've been the hook for the 4 keys. The kit has several items but I needed a rather smaller key and all of them were for larger aerators. Still, if you make sure that the size is right, the keys are sturdy and large enough not to be a pain to your fingers, and the accessories may prove useful.
