Happy with coffeemaker up until about a week ago. Frother no longer works and I purchased coffeemaker in November. Would like to have it replaced.*Just received a replacement frother and I am very pleased. Company stands by their product.

Guess it wasn't enough pressure, no coffee flavor at all. Even with the smallest amount of water coming out, it's basically coffee colored water. Spoils my good coffee.

I will never ever get that other brand (you know the one) again ever. The frother on this one is amazing. The total size of the whole machine can't be matched. The fact you can make coffee while the frother is on takes it over the top. The best and top reason is the price.

Makes coffee quickly. Using every day. I purchased this for the attached frother to make occasional cappuccino. Works very well.Easy to keep clean. Delicious coffee!

The size is perfect, brews multiple cup sizes. I love the milk heater/foamer on the side and one of my cats has to have a spoonful of the foam each also.morning. I use coffee grounds, but could use pods. A very good value for the price!

Read the directions more than once and identified the little items called out. Used with ground coffee to the fill line as directed with 6 oz. selected in 10 oz. cup to allow for frothed milk. Used the frother on latte with cold milk. If the coffee maker and frother are started at the same time they both finish withing a minute or less of each other. I added a bit of sugar to the coffee and stirred before adding the frothed milk. I'm not a barista but it tasted as good as what I usually pay a lot more for. I'll try the pods as soon as I get some. Will alter rating if necessary but satisfied so far.

It took a while for me to use this but when I did, it did not disappoint. I do not have K Cups so I used a commercially ground coffee in the filter. The unit heated the water pretty quickly so I had my morning cup quickly as well. Two of us were having breakfast together: I had to wait for the filter cup to cool down before making another cup but it didn't take long.I tried the frother on both latte and cappuccino settings. Per the instructions I used cold milk straight from the refrigerator: it worked well on both settings.I like the footprint of this coffeemaker. It is compact without the frother attached. Because the frother attaches to the side, there is still room next to the unit for another cup, or sugar bowl or whatever you like.

Great brewer. Uses pods or grounds, brews 8oz cup to 24oz travel mug. Simple design and easy to use. As for the frother: I've had at least 4 in the past and this one is best by far. It froths cappuccino, latte, etc consistently (the others were hit and miss) and the vessel has a nonstick coating so milk doesn't burn or stick (so easy to clean).
