I have a medium and it's tightened almost all the way. I'm 6' tall and 180 lbs and I probably should have gotten a small. This harness is very comfortable and well made.

I really like what DBI has done here, this harness is really second to none. It isn't heavy or bulky even with all my pouches and tool bags on it. I can move around easly in it and adjusting it is really simple. When some harness need to be adjusted- it takes 10 minets, on this takes seconds. I'm a Tower dog, been climbing for three years and by far this is the best harness I've worked with. The only downside is the hip D-rings could have been made to accommodate the belt better. But with some adjustments it work out ok.
