When I use the touchscreen, big "bubbles" show up under my fingers. I have to pull the edge of the film up and lay it back down, constantly. I've used 3m privacy films years ago that never had this issue. What happened here?

The dimensions listed on this product page are for the cardboard package not the privacy filter itself.The filter is 207mm H x 290mm W.The privacy filter is big enough and the adhesive strips will cover the visible part of the screen.
