Perfectly fits my HP EliteBook 840 G8, but it's a clumsy product. The screen adheres to the display by putting some sticky tabs on the privacy screen, peeling them off which leaves behind a sticky residue, and then pushing that now-sticky screen up against the monitor. The issue is that the residue that sticks the screen to the display is so thick you see the entire outline of the adhesive. It's obvious, ugly, and incredibly noticeable/distracting. What an eyesore, I have a hard time believing this was the best 3M could do for a whopping $52 product. I bought 3M thinking it would be the best out there but it's really poorly made. I recommend finding a different privacy screen solution. On the plus side, it's good at the privacy aspect but I'm inclined to toss this in the trash.

The listing shows this for a 14" laptop and shows the dimensions as 12.5" X 9.2". It is actually 12-3/16" X 6-3/4". Too small for a 14" laptop!
