This harness was size medium. It wasn't really posted, but I rolled the dice and got really lucky. I'm 5'10" 190 lbs and it fits well. This thing comes with all the bells and whistles. Absolutely fantastic harness.I had been wearing an $80 guardian that was too small, which I think resulted in me getting a severe back injury at work that laid me up for 6 months. My back is still a little iffy, so I decided my back and life was worth more than $80.This harness is very comfortable. I have full range of motion, which, as a carpenter bending over to get material and wearing 50 lbs of gear, means less chance of putting my body in an awkward position and yanking my back out again. I love how it hugs the upper back so it doesn't feel like a full diaper hanging off your body. I forget my leg straps are even on half the time, and I can fully reach my toes. After wearing it for a few days, my lower back has significantly stopped hurting.I also like how my Oxydentals fit on the belt. They dont bunch up like on a guardian. They do sit a little further back though, but the pros greatly outway the cons. You owe it to yourself to get a good harness if your company is too cheap to care about your comfort and safety.

It's extremely comfortable and with the way it's setup/features it makes working very easy without getting tangled all the time.

Cant recommend this harness enough you forget your wearing it after a while very comfortable. Its expensive but safety out weighs cost any day another reason I bought was the trauma straps if you were to fall you can deploy to support legs and increase circulation to legs, I also cary a self rescue kit with me on the harness, the lanyard i have i can clip into the built in d ring i can then take weight of latch unhook and lower.

This harness is super lite. I’m a pipefighter and this harness is perfect. Tired of the bulky heavy guardian harnesses with srl’s that are heavy as it is. Easy to move around in and the ratchet straps are a nice touch to tighten or loosen the straps around legs and shoulder. No more fighting the crappy design where you almost have to stick a spud or channel locks to get straps loose to adjust height for pads. You will never go wrong with DB Sala
