3M Finesse-it Hand Sanding Pad 13441, 1-1/4 inch is a red rubber hand sanding pad that is designed to hold 1-1/4 Inch or 1-3/8 Inch pressure sensitive adhesive discs. The red end is firm, enabling effective defect leveling, while the other end is a soft, black vinyl face that helps to give a finer finish. The body of the product gives a firm, durable, easily visible and comfortable grip. Its small diameter is great for working with small defeats when trying to access hard to reach areas. Its two levels of firmness give defect leveling and fine finishing. Both ends can be used for holding the pressure sensitive adhesive sanding and finishing discs. (Pads are sold separately). The material makes the adhesive hold well, which releases the minimal residue. Both ends of the pad can be used in order to hold the PSA sanding discs. Effective tool to remove dust and dirt nibs. They work really well. One of mine turned whiteish on one side at some point I think it was left in The sun. I have had one for years like 15 and is still the same as I bought it. Stays in water most of the time with sanding disk paper on it. Love these things. Use in auto paint repair.

All auto painters should have one, if a nub shows up in the paint you can wet sand it out, polish or repaint.Also used it to repair DVDs.
