These mixing nozzles were perfect for me to complete something that I designed in 2018.

We've been using the 3M EPX nozzles for decades. The new switch is terrible, we're left with a surplus of previous gen EPX nozzles and the new ones dont cut the mustard. For urethane epoxies we've been using the 3.5" EPX nozzles with great success. However, with the switch to the new design the current 3.5" EPX nozzles have less mixing elements, which results in uncured epoxy during the first moments of use. Work-around has been to just purge out some extra epoxy, but adhesive costs have only been increasing and it sucks to have to waste adhesive. The engineers at 3M should have reconsidered this switch, or at least give us the ability to order adhesive with the old packaging. The only good thing about the new packaging is the piston seal design. So far so good with that.

What can you say about a mixer tube? It mixes the glue well. You need a new one of these every application if you exceed the working time for the glue so 4 or 5 per cartridge unless you are continuously working. Reasonable cost and the only thing that fits on the 3M cartridge so you have to buy it regardless.

Terrible. Epoxy gushes out the gray collar everywhere and barely fits on the DP420 Epoxy tube and causes damage to the nozzle.I would HIGHLY recommend giving your epoxy part number to a 3M rep and have them suggest which mixing nozzle you need.I was incorrectly recommended to this product it seems, however.

This product works perfectly for the 45ml Duo-Pak cartridges. BE CAREFUL and match the right nozzle to the adhesive you plan to use. This is a completely painless way to mix two-part adhesives. I used this to custom install stereo components in my 2002 Jeep Wrangler.
