This Safety Triangles Kit is a functional roadside emergency tool, providing visibility during vehicle breakdowns. However, the quality is average, especially the soft plastic parts, which don’t feel very sturdy and seem prone to damage. While the set is lightweight and easy to store in the included case, durability could be improved. It’s a decent option for occasional use, but those looking for a more durable safety triangle kit may want to consider other options.

The build quality could definitely be improved; the rigid parts are barely rigid enough, the floppy parts feel like they'd tear easily and all the moving parts to fit together but they don't fit well. Once fully assembled the units are not very heavy and if there's any amount of wind they'd be blown around. Despite these issues, they are not very expensive ($17.99 for a 3-pack) and having them when needed would be better than having nothing, so I'm going to give them 4 stars.

My great solution as "Slow Moving Vehicle" sign gifts for the backs of two friends' power wheelchairs. Uniquely clamps to their chairbacks, and stores in chair's pouch when not driving outdoors. Perfect, as each triangle comes neatly, separately stored in its own plastic tube. And, I have one left for myself!

There is not much weight to these so they feel like a good gust of wind from a passing truck at freeway speed.... but eh, they work.

This 3-pack of Safety Triangles offers a good value at $13, despite not being the most durable triangles on the market. The triangle reflects nicely when hit by a headlight, effectively increasing visibility. Each side of the triangle is approximately 17 inches long. Each triangle comes in its own case, allowing for convenient storage in one vehicle or distribution among three vehicles. However, the plastic case can be finicky, as it tends to bend and fold over itself, making it challenging to replace the cap on the main tube, but the cases do not need to be used frequently. Additionally, removing the cap from the main tube requires some gentle rocking motion. To avoid any issues when using the triangles in low-light conditions, it's a good idea to practice assembling them beforehand. Once the triangle is removed from the tube, two sides fold up and meet at the top, with one side sliding into the other to maintain the triangle shape. The outside half of the sides features standard reflective material, while the inside half is made of orange-colored material that flaps slightly, providing visibility during the day, and the reflective material takes over at night. The legs of the triangle are somewhat flimsy, with four legs that need to be folded out from the bottom side, but they seem stable enough to hold the triangle up well. Make sure you test all your triangles to make sure there are no defects. While these triangles may not be the best on the market, their affordability and convenience make them a worthwhile addition to any vehicle's emergency kit.
