Your cart is empty.This set of 3 metal texturing hammers includes three hammers, each with two different textures on each side of the hammer head. Set includes one hammer with a dimples and thin stripes textures, one hammer with asterisk and diamond textures and one hammer with square and thick stripes textures. The hammer heads are not hardened, so that as they wear, the more interesting the patterns become. Each hammer is 10" long overall and is value-priced.

I haven’t found these to make even patterns, usually just the middle of where it strikes. I wouldn’t choose these if you are looking to create patterns.

The heads of the hammers are great. Just wish the handles would last more than one session. A Philips screw doesn't do well to hold on a hammer to the handle. Again great hammer heads. Machining is awesome. They just cut corners on the handle and attachments.BTW I was hammering soft a copper sheet on a leather beater bag. Nothing crazy. Perhaps I just got a bad piece of wood for this one handle. Haven't tried the other 2 yet. So, we'll see.I'd buy again, even knowing I will, most likely have to replace the handles.

Reviews on similar hammers led me to this set while shopping, and I was not disappointed to have chosen these. They’re sturdy but lightweight. I’ve used them specifically on 20 and 22 gauge copper, silver, and brass with good results.
