These work absolutely terrific, they clean so wonderfully. Can't ask for a better brush to do the trick.

Eh. I bought these to clean my desk fan. I poked them in every open orifice but the majority of the the dust remained. They are too soft and not compact enough to really grab the dust.

Material started shredding after one usage. Wouldn’t recommend this one

These brushes are thin and narrow/flat. When you remove the plastic sleeve, the brush fluffs out, at least in its flat dimension. The brush bristles aren’t designed to be “fluffy” in a three-dimensional sense but only in a plane. The bristles are stiff enough to be useful but flexible enough to easily fit through even the tight bars of my fan.The only negative I found is that the narrowest part of the fan cage can pull off the little plastic tip that covers the end of twisted metal core of the brush. This happened twice when I was cleaning the dust off of my fan.On the plus side, the brush was effective in quickly dusting off the blades and the fan cage. Was it a perfect cleaning job? No, but it was fast; and it was much faster than disassembling the fan cage to more thoroughly clean everything.

I wasn't sure about this set of brushes, but I love, love, love them! They fit in all those tight fan covers and vent covers where dust gets in and the leaf blower (haha) or vacuum just won't clean it off. I took my fans outside on a breezy day and a few minutes later those blades were looking great (white again)!! Give them a try. I think you'll like them, too!

This actually has been pretty handy for cleaning the clumps of dust and lint out of my two tower fans. The inner part of the brush is more rigid, so it doesn't bend too much as a whole piece, which is good for digging around in the fan blades, but the smaller "branches" bend too easily, so it is easy to flatten unfortunately and requires a lot of fixing and reshaping after use. But the hairs of the brush are a nice thick nylon? plastic? some kind of firm bristle, so easy to use as a cleaning tool for dust and lint, but also easy to clean by rinsing off after shaking off into the trash. Overall, I could probably have lived without it, but it does make cleaning my fans and dryer trap WAY easier.
