These are so great! I keep one in my purse, I frequently have the need for a tape measure and I used to carry around a heavier metal tape measure. This is so light and easy to store. These are the same features that I use when I take one in my luggage. Super great value.

I am an avid crafter and home diyer so these get a lot of use. I keep one in my purse, one by my couch for when I knit at night and one in my office. I have used them all a lot and they are very durable. They always snap back and the measuring tape never gets creases or bent.

After losing the little measuring tape I had for over 25 years to a seven-year-old who adopted it as a pet, and subsequently broke the "tongue" while feeding it, I was sad. Then I saw these and had to have them! Being in a lot of three means one for me, one for my daughter and another for a granddaughter (not the one who broke the old one!).Truth be told, I have no idea if these will last 25+ years. They appear to be well-made. They have fairly smooth action. Pulling the tape keeps it out--pressing a side button retracts the tape. I love the pastel colors. Very cute.I use these for beading and other crafts. Handy for measuring a wrist or neck for a custom fit. Also nice to have on board in case I need to measure a small box or bowl or card stock.I'll let you all know in 25 years if it's still going strong.

This set of three measuring tapes are great to have around. I keep one in my car & the others in different rooms of the house. I like to have one in my purse when I go furniture shopping so I know exactly what the measurements are & whether it will fit in my home. I like having the measuring tapes handy when I’m ordering certain items so I visually see the size of it. When you pull the tape out it locks in place very 3 inches so it won’t retract back on you unless you push the retract button. The clicks are kind of loud when it's locking into place as you pull the tape out. The numbers are easy to read & it has inches on one side & centimeters on the other. The retract button works well. I don’t sew but I think these would work well for taking body measurement & measuring fabric. I think the price is very reasonable for the set of three.

These tape measures are lightweight and so handy to carry anywhere. I often find when I’m thrifting and looking for something in a specific size, I need a tape measure and don’t have one with me. These are small enough that they slip easily into a purse without adding a lot of bulk or weight.I have an old one I’ve been using for years and keep it with my sewing tools. It's not often that I need to measure anything > 60” (other than when quilting) so these should be perfect for household use. They have a button for retracting the tape when you’re done using it and it works perfectly. One side of the tape is in inches, the other side is cm.As for these three, I will put one in my purse, one in the office and the other in the kitchen. Great colors, great price and so handy when you need to do a quick measurement.Definitely a handy tool to keep around the house, in your car, purse, backpack, etc.

I use these almost daily, mostly for measuring clothes to check what fits me or to sell online.It feels as though you should press the button when you pull the tape out, not just to retract it. I am not sure about this! Usually that's the opposite of how to properly use a retractable tape measure. However, it is just much easier to pull the tape out if you push the button while you are pulling the tape, then release the button to lock the tape in place. You *can* pull the tape out without holding the button depressed, too, but there is more resistance and it clunks awkwardly, which makes me worry about the mechanism. Weird to admit, but I can't be sure of the proper way to pull out the tape: I always hold the button down because it feels safer. I hope it is robust to either way -- works fine so far.
