I've come across these in the past and dismissed them, but then started noticing other artists use them in their work. I appreciate that they're low cost, lightweight, and don't have the typical synthetic fibers. The actual animal hair in the bristles means it'll soak up and work wonderfully for watercolor. The flexibility and thinness of the actual brush is also wonderful, since you can get a very delicate and organic line in your work.

These are nice brushes for doing details on watercolor. You can also use them for other paints like acrylic. The bristles are long and come to a nice point
