If you’re looking for torquey little motors for fun little projects that you 3-D print well then looking further because these motors are perfect. They worked perfect for the mini excavator project that I 3-D printed. And I still have Motor to spare now as backups even came with little motor mounts and hardware. So for the price you can’t go wrong.

These are extremely small but kinda "torqie" motors for what they are and the price. After going through each motor I can see some of the complaints of other reviews regarding quality control / craftsmanship and wire lengths. One motor has 3 inch leads which made me question other reviews until I looked at the other two motors which have much smaller leads of different sizes (one is 1.5 inches the other has 1 inch leads) as well as their soldering is not consistent (at least 2 cold solder joints). Now in my opinion not a big deal as I half expect to fix things like this but if I was trying to give to a little one for something like a stem project or just home play/invention I would rather purchase an item I would trust to be more "ready to go" with longer leads and more consistent build, but for my use at the price I am not upset. I will be honest with the fact I am not a big user of micro motors and these are smaller than I expected so my initial use want won't befit these but the strength and small size of these has opened up some other want/needs so it was a happy amazon shopping mistake and a pretty reasonable value at less than $9. These would probably be quite handy for something like the motorized legos.

Power these with a 9v battery and they are fast and have a lot of torque. It comes with clamps to mount these little motors, but thats about the only way I see you can mount them. Good for small projects and don't draw a lot of power.

I am puzzled why the pictures do not match the title. The pictures show 6 motors and the necessary amounts of nuts and bolts for six, but the title says three. The title is right and the pictures are wrong; but I am not going to mark these motors down for that, because three at $9.99 is good value in my opinion.I take the point of the reviewer who complained about the short leads, but to me the brackets, nuts and bolts included more than make up for that. I can solder extra wire on in seconds, but getting a suitable mount, nuts and bolts is a lot more time consuming.I intend using these for small features on my model railroad. So far I have tested them with a 9V battery that came out of the smoke alarm I replaced last night, and all is well. Since there are three of these, I intend taking the gear box of one of them apart to see if I can mix it up a bit and get a different speed range, or whether I need to get some extra gears to drop the speed even further. I am almost certain I will end up getting more of these, because they are so inexpensive and the mounts, nuts and bolts mean I can get to work with them right away.

These look like they've been pulled from some other device(s). As others have mentioned, the wires are short, and the finishing work isn't good. For hobby use, they're fine. Quality seems okay. One of the motors I received appears to have different gears and an "L" after the number (for "Low?"). They are functional, have adequate power and speed for my uses, and work okay. I have no complaints at this price. Mounting hardware is included. I've used a battery in the images to show size by comparison.

These are decent quality metal hobby motors. The wiring is a little messy but functional. It would have been nice to have longer wires to be cut to length if needed. If the placement of the motor is anywhere removed from the controller then you will need to splice. Comparing this to others on the market the price is reasonable for a set of full metal hobby motors. Overall these will work great for a variety of DIY projects.

This is a simple geared motor that is great for Arduino motorized projects. It came with all of the attachment hardware and a storage box that holds everything. The motor seems powerful, but no specifications were given as to its exact torque ratings. It will work for all but the most demanding jobs.A motor driver is required when using with Arduino projects.I recommend this motor for many of my projects.
