If you have just a few sheets of paper for each section, it will work. However, if you have a larger stack for certain things - like a will - or if you want to keep thick things like a passport in the folder, the added bulk will cause problems once full. The spine doesn't expand at all, so the binder will fan out when full, and closing it will result in bending your documents and/or damaging the binder over time. I would not order this again.

Lots of pockets! There's 3 top loading full page pockets, 3 side loading full page pockets, 6 half page pockets, and a binder sleeve. I'm not quite sure what the numbers stickers are for but the labels are useful and you can use the colored stickers to make tabs. It's definitely not water resistant in any way so store this somewhere dry, but definitely good for a go bag.

This was the perfect size I needed to keep my important documents for taxes and other important paperwork! It's super functional since it can be used for all sort of things. I really love the color and how it comes with different pockets and stickers so it's incredibly easy to organize vital life documents. Highly recommend!

Like the product but difficult to slide 8.5x11 papers into the pockets. Otherwise Iād give it 5 stars.

The SyuXccfess 3rd Generation Important Document Organizer has many good qualities but one major drawback. The organizer is made of heavy material, with a hard cardboard type cover with reinforced corners. It has six full page envelope type pockets and six half page pockets, all of which use string type clasps that should hold the contents securely. The pockets are made of heavy paper, and the whole organizer can be secured with an attached elastic strap. The organizer comes with a nice assortment of pre-printed labels, as well as some blank colored labels. All together, the organizer could work for a variety of uses; I got it to organize tax and financial documents. However, the organizer has one major flaw that keeps it from being as useful as it could be, and that is the lack of any way to expand the binding. If one were to use all of the pockets with just a relatively small number of papers in each one, the organizer would expand significantly, but the binding would stay the same, making it difficult to keep together. Even empty, the main part of the organizer is thicker than the edge binding, and that will only get worse when the pockets are filled. I would give the SyuXccfess 3rd Generation Important Document Organizer five stars and a full recommendation if the binding were expandable in some manner, but as it is I can't recommend it and can only give it three stars.

Im someone who is very OCD and likes to keep all of my important documents in order and I love that this helps me. SO far it is holding very well. Like that it comes with premade labels and the option to make my own. Plus there are all sorts of sized pockets so you don't have to worry about not having enough space.
