I live in a rural area just outside of a town in the high Arizona desert at 5000ft. Insulated bags are a must for groceries in the summer or winter as well as for takeout anytime. Finally a bag I can put a pizza in an it fits! It wonderful being able to choose from two different handle set depending on the orientation of the bag you are using at that time. I have a bag with thicker insulation but it over 20 years old and have yet to find a bag its equal. This has as good of insulation as any modern insulated bag I have purchased. The handles go all the way around so are more secure, but I would be careful about putting too much in it as it is large and normal large bag have an insert on the bottom to give it more support. Luckily I am handy and have some cardboard and/or similar around for crafting or on hand, as I do live in a rural area and have grown up doing Diy and fixing what ever I can. All the pockets are balanced and the zipper is well sewn in. All feels sturdy so far. I am only delivering foods to myself, but this should work well for more quantities. As a female person I found the handles well balanced and easy to grip, with good placement on the bag for carrying with food inside. .If I (or you) am (are) not going to make a bag then this is the best you can get.
