These are thick steel - 1/8 inch. Very well made with a nice paint job. I believe them that these will support 200lb each.I was kind of hoping the ball end was threaded on, but it is not, so personally I will need to make some adjustments. Those using these for the 10mm ball end will have no issues.Excellent brackets for struts.

I purchased these to use with my RV under bed storage lid. these can be used on multi surface. Types for configuration of mounting lift assist struts.The finish looks great and seems durable. Make sure the struts connection sockets are compatible with the ball size on the brackets. Haven’t installed yet, but they look like they are going to do the job I needed them for.
