Power-Flex Battery Cable
WindyNation's Power-Flex welding battery cable is a highly flexible industrial-grade electrical cable manufactured to the highest standards right here in the USA! A high strand cable count combined with a soft, pliable EPDM insulation results in a flexible cable every time. Our cable is resistant to tears, cuts, abrasion, water moisture, and oil-based solvents. Welding battery cable is available in 4/0, 2/0, 1/0, 2, 4, 6, 8 gauge sizes in black or red insulation.
Polyolefin Heat Shrink Tubing
- 2:1 shrink ratio.
- 600V rating.
- Operating temperature: -55C to 125C.

Pure Copper Tin Coated Cable Lugs

Splice
Cables are precisely cut and stripped on automated robotic cable processing machines.
Crimp
Cable lugs are attached using a 6 ton pneumatic crimper with custom dies, resulting in an ultra-strong, non-removable crimp.
Insulate
After crimping, polyolefin heat shrink tubing is applied to eliminate the possibility of moisture or chemicals penetrating into the lug/cable interface.

I would say thgese are 2/0 equivalent, not 4/0. I bought 1 foot to connect a fuse to a Victron inverter, and the other side which is a different brand 4/0 cable stays cold, this 1 foot section gets real hot under load.
