I wasn’t thrilled with the gap between the bars that hold the bike tires. Disk brakes on some bikes could contact the metal and I didn’t like the thought of smashing up my brake rotor taking bikes in and out of the rack.To fix this, I picked up four pool noodles for a few bucks, cut them in half, and fed them through each bar. It could not be a better fit. I almost think it should ship like this. Bikes are held in place better, and brake and suspension components avoid metal on metal contact.I also used some blue thread locker on the bolts in hopes that will help keep them from backing out over time.Overall, it’s a decent rack. Pretty easy to assemble, and seems like decent quality. If you’re a taller rider, the seat post on your bikes could contact the handlebars on other bikes, but that’s likely going to be an issue with just about any stand. With a bit of finesse, I was able to get all our bikes in the rack.

this bike rack was very easy to put together, the directions were easy to follow. My grandchildren are easily able to put their bikes in and out of the rack. Great quality, glad I bought it. Highly recommend

This things actually really great! But look CAREFULLY at the pictures in the directions. Lots of pieces are easy to install from the wrong end and find yourself having to disassemble and start over for later steps.

I loved it once they got it together but it’s too big to fit where I need it to go my fault I need to send it back but can’t find a return paperwork

Great product. And super easy and basic to put together. My 6 and 9 year old daughters helped me put this together. We love it. The bikes fit perfectly, and there's room on the top shelf to put your helmets on and so on. Would definitely recommend.

I found this a bit tricky to assemble, but it has been 100% perfect and we get great use from it. The storage shelf along the top is really, really handy so I love that feature.

The finished bike rack is strong, sturdy and looks great. Our bikes were previously hung high on the wall, so this rack has saved me all the trouble of lifting and the shelf and hooks are simpler than hanging all the gear on the actual bikes. It is very well designed and made.Despite the instructions, which are poor, it was challenging but not too hard to put together. I think it would be a different story if I had tried to rush it. The instructions point you in the right direction to assemble it but a lot of common sense is required too.It arrived in a box much smaller than I had expected. Flat packed to the max, but very well and securely packaged. It is understandable why such large items are shipped flat packed, but I wouldn't usually expect flat pack items to need quite so much assembly. I would expect much better assembly instructions for less complicated products. That said, it is an excellent product once assembled. I love it and I expect it will be in use for many years to come.

I wasn't sure how this was going to arrive - but its totally 'flat packed' and the box it comes in is actually quite small. I find this useful as you don't always have the time to build it straight away so it won't take up too much space in the garage or utility room whilst awaiting the build.Like all assembly projects, lay out all the parts, screws etc first and have a good read over the instruction before starting. Talking of instructions, they aren't that great to be honest - lots of small pictures etc but just make sure you don't tighten everything as you go along. This way, its simple to rectify a mistake (which I did a number of times) and turn prices around for example and fix.The plastic shrink wrapping does take a while to take off too but it protects the powder coating so fair enough. The holes line up well and I had no issues screwing the bolts in. I'd give yourself an afternoon to leisurely put this together.Once constructed, I was impressed by the sturdiness and rigidity of the frame. We have been using it for kids bikes/garden toys etc and it works really well. It's easy for the kids to use too and therefore encouraging tidying up after themselves.Price wise, around £100 is about right. I've seen it as high as £150 which I think is too much but it is well made and despite the time it takes to put together, it's definitely worth the lower value and I'm happy to recommend.

Being a keen cyclist I have six bikes the ones I use all the time are stored in my workshop the others along with my wife and daughters bikes are in the shed at the bottom of my garden and it's that shed that I wanted this bike storage unit for as the bikes are just leaning against each other, so something like this made sense.I'm not sure though I would have paid £150 for this, I mean it works but a few strips of 2"x1" screwed together would have done the same thing but then maybe not look as good, so that's my first negative a bit pricey but not worth knocking a star off as I'm a tight git and other people don't mind spending the cash. This comes ready to assemble, first thing I did not like was the plastic shrink wrap used to keep some of the sections together, it was very brittle and instead of just being able to tear it down the length of the tubes it just broke off in bits so that was a bit annoying, the sections have identification letters to make assembling this easier but you have to be careful not to put the tubes in the wrong way round which is easy done especially with the tubes that line up with the base to make those wheel holders, so pay attention to where the holes are in the tubes.I only had one problem when putting this together and that was a hole missing in the base, I don't know if this was just mine or it's common but easy enough just to drill a hole which is what I did. This has small adjustable feet so if you put it on an uneven surface you can adjust to make it sit firm, I put this together between rain showers in my back garden so just pulled out one of my bikes to see how well it sits and it works ok, of course although looking at it I am thinking it will still be a fiddle removing a bike looking at my bike and how much room the bars take up with two bike's facing the other way the handle bars will be touching and trying to get the forward facing bike out might be a fiddle, I would have tried it out with four bikes but it kept raining so did not bother. All I have to do now is clear out the shed and put this in, something I have been putting off for years but it has to be done and having this great big stand thing sitting on the decking might give me the enthusiasm to do it, I am just knocking a star off because of my missing hole.
