I've used 2 of these to attach a pontoon boat to a mooring line (one from each pontoon) for over 2 years. They are still going strong!

These work great for clipping in our jet skis and leaving them in the water overnight. We use two per ski just for good measure. Brackish water and hasnt been a problem.

Robust cord. Quite beefy. Corners are magnetic from cold work, but straight parts do not attract a magnet.
