Easy to attach with the proper drill and comes together in under 10 minutes. Holds gate well and moves without issue or hesitation.No idea yet how it will hold up under multiple seasons and conditions as that much time has not yet passed so I cannot comments on durability.We formed spring does not have as much up and down give and we would like but it does the job.

The frame is very stout and strong, however the housing the castor wheel is captured in is flimsy, way thinner metal. I installed it and the wheel folded over. Not heavy duty as far as the caster and wheel.

Installed on my gate, wanted support and to glide better. Did both things well, no longer have to lift gate when closing and locking.

This works well in supporting a heavy wooden fence gate. I have a wooden fence gate that weighs in the range of 30-35 lbs and this works very well in supporting it and keeping the weight off the post the gate is mounted on so the gate stays aligned with the latch. Rolls nicely.
