This tool is poorly machined and cannot do the job it is intended for. It is miss represented to say the least.

I've never owned a 2 or 3 jaw puller, so my experience is based solely on this kit. The components feel pretty solid and I like the flexibility it offers with the different size jaws and two different sized rods. This should offer me many configuration options for applying internally and externally. When I assembled a set of jaws on the crossbar and rod, I did notice that the threads did not seem entirely smooth as the crossbar did catch some while threading it on. I'm not sure if it is the threads on the rod or the threads on the crossbar, but it just did not seem as smooth as I would like. I suppose they may wear in and smooth out over time with more use, maybe I'll try to add some grease to the threads. Other then that, the components feel solid and work well. Everything is tucked neatly into a decent storage case to protect it and makes for easy transport. They even include a pair of rubber coated cotton gloves, which is nice. This might not be a tool for the professional, but for a homeowner or DIY guy I think this will do the job and last a while.

I ordered this puller for my repair workbench. It works fine. I like that it comes with a variety of jaw lengths. The jaws can be reversed with the teeth on the inside or outside to pull from the outside of a shaft, or the inside of a tube. If you are pulling something from inside a tube, such as inner axles seals, you will need something to bridge the tube so the central threaded shaft has something to push against. The case is handy, but like so many cases these days, it has the flimsy one-piece hinge instead of a proper hinge with a pin. It came with a pair of gloves but they are a bit too tight on me - I gave them to my wife for gardening. Four stars.

This is a nice kit. Really does have a lot of the things in it that you need. And added bonus, love that it has it's own storage case. Definitely helps to keep my workbench clean over time. Plus, you can add a label on the outside so you can find it even easier. It's a solid puller. Works great and added plus is that it works on a variety of items. It's very heavy and seems like a nice quality item. Very happy with it so far.

I recently needed to remove a stubborn bearing on my lawnmower, and this FOFLYRN puller set did the job perfectly. The variety of sizes and the 2/3 jaw configuration made it incredibly versatile. The tools feel solid and well-made, definitely heavy-duty as advertised. The reversible jaws are a nice touch. I work on a lot of stuff, from lawn mowers to cars and trucks. Part of being fast and efficient is having a good tool to use. When I saw this, I thought it would be perfect for those times I have to pull a gear or pulley on whatever I am working on. When I got it, my first impression was “Dang! This is heavy!!!”. When I opened it up, wow! This tool is very well made and stout as heck! One of the most difficult things in using a 2 or 3 jaw puller is the arms flop all over and make it cumbersome to use when tightening the screw. Not with this! The arms stay easily in place with one hand while tightening the screw up.In my first test of it, I was able to easily pull a flywheel off a trimmer engine without any issue! Granted, this isn’t nearly what the tool is capable of. I can’t wait to try it on something that has some rust that will be a bear to pull. Wheel bearings will be a breeze with something like this also because you can flip the jaws and pull from an inner diameter instead of an outer diameter. That makes this tool twice as handy now! Just be sure when you pull something super stuck to apply some grease to the screw. This will prevent galling of the threads.Overall, this tool is a very good value for the cost. It is very well made and very robust. If you are considering it for a tough job you have, I can pretty much guarantee this thing will handle whatever you can throw at it and laugh when you do.

This is a nicely design and very robust gear puller set. Used properly, it will last a lifetime. It can handle all common sizes with ease. It makes removal fast and easy. A good value and a tool that will last a lifetime.
