These are handy, but the height adjustable thumb turn is too weak, and fails when you apply presure with the ratcheting handle. This means that you can not put much pressure from floor to ceiling. Any small pull or presure applied to the plastic sheeting it is holding up will make the poles fall down.I ended up drilling a hole through the base and used a cotter pin to hold the base pole.Now I can apply good pressure floor to ceiling and it will hold even when bumped or leaned againts.Simple fix and it is a way better product.
