The clamps are strong and stay on my shirt or sweaters. The spring-load clips to fit the cord in are a huge improvement over nasty stationary clips you have to force your cord into (and they end up breaking half the time). I didn't think the rotating feature would make much of a difference, but it does. I especially like that you get 2 different sizes in the pack. I can use one size for my thicker work headset cord, and the other for my thinner headphones at home, without having to buy 2 different-sized packs and have a bunch of unused extras lying around.
