Pre-wash before the first use. Use the machine wash setting with cold water and select a gentle cycle. Dry on a low heat setting in the dryer or air dry. Ironing is not required. These crib sheets are very cute and the colors are exactly as they appear in the pictures. The size fits great on a standard crib sheet. I gave 3 stars because of the texture. They are not soft at all. I would describe the fabric as stiff. It’s not rough so I will still use them for my baby, but I was definitely disappointed in the texture compared to others I have. They have been washed and dried at least once and still appeared to be the same quality as when I originally received them.
