Worked very well to support my wood deck. I used the screw jacks to hold a 4x4x8 post up under the deck to give additional support. Placed esch screw jack on a solid cinder block and under a floor joice.

Review for Duvecfoi 4 Pcs Adjustable House Floor Jack Posts for Support, 13"-16" Height Screw Jack, Each Supports 3000-6000 Lbs, DIY House Jacks Ideal for Basement, Stairs and Crawl Space Stabilization, Gold.A few points:1) Make sure that you measure your gap plus whatever the jack will sit on. These jack posts only have a 3" range of adjustability. You must buy the right height jack.2) Make sure that you know the weight that the jack stand can carry. This post is rated up to 6,000 pounds. The more jacks that you use, the weight is spread out between the jacks.3) The jack's base should sit on a level surface, such as a cement block or wood beam. The weight that the jack is able to carry depends partially on the support underneath the jack. (Tip: Place a concrete block on the ground. Level it. Place pressure treated wood on top of the concrete block, as this prevents the concrete block from cracking over time. Place jack on top of the wood. Then adjust the jack height. Make sure that you have a carpenter's level to check that both top and bottom are level.)4) The jack's flat top will push up against a solid, flat surface (like a floor joist). The vertical post is what carries the weight, so place the post directly under the center of the weight. The flat top is not what carries most of the weight.5) If this jack is used to support floor joists, the top flat plate can be screwed to the floor joist above.6) If you are using this for a camper or other similar purpose, then they make scissor jacks, drop leg jacks, RV jacks, and other types of jacks that might work better.

The products were perfect and described to a T. We just needed different parts. I would definitely order from seller this again.

A 6000 lb is clearly a serious spec meant to engender confidence in the user, and that it does. With a 13.6"-16.7", the posts give you some room for adjustment. But not turning mechanism allows for very precise and fine adjustments. The posts are incredibly heavy duty and have a nice shine to them as well, if that's what you're looking for (though I see they're now offered in black, which is awesome) . Just handling them lets you know they can carry the weight, though I've only stressed them to 1/4 the listed capacity and they handled that with ease. Excellent posts and I give them a 5-stars!

I needed something to help support the floor joists. These feel sturdy, not flimsy at all. I didn't know what to expect with these jack stands because I've never purchased any like these before. I was so grateful for the video review created by another buyer which sold me on them. The 3-in top plate holds two, butted 2x4's without any overhang. I would purchase these again without hesitation.
