I got these to go along with my new ironing board so that I could secure the ironing board cover and PREVENT problems before they start. These are just so easy to use, and they hold so securely. From past experiences with other ironing board cover straps, these have been the best, and yes, using these will increase the life of your ironing board cover. They hold very securely, and adjust to most widths of ironing board. I would definitely recommend anyone with an ironing board to get these, because they will save you so much money!

The first one of these I tried sprung apart as I tried to fit it. The others where okay and do the job of keeping the ironing board cover in place. They are easy to use and fit just some seem to be poorly made hence the 2*.

These clips are easy to adjust to the length you need and clip onto the sides of the ironing board cover to hold it in place in a way that the strings on the cover itself never manage to do. I am so pleased with the result; no more cover ruffling up when I try to pull sheets across it during ironing. You need to consider where to put the straps if you're folding up the ironing board as they could get in the way of the legs, but other than that bit of planning these are brilliant.

MABOR Ironing Board Cover Clips. The clips themselves (think of the clips that fasten suspenders to waistbands or mittens to jacket cufsf) are strong. But the elastic seems a bit wimpy to hold the cover taut. There is some adjustment available with the slider, so if the elastic stretches out, the clips can be tightened. The price is decent for four of these, though I could’ve used a couple more to stretch the cover more evenly and securely. Just average.
