Inexpensive, yes, but poor quality. When tightened enough, the nuts lock on the thread, probably due to lax clearance standards, and cannot be backed off. Locked up, done, no way to remove but to cut off. Seemingly good quality stainless though. We will see how they last in the weather. If you only need to put these on once and never remove, then they will suffice.
