Boat Numbers and Letters Registration Kit
Marine Boat Decals incorporate Permanent Waterproof Adhesive and are finished with a UV Clear Coating to protect your decals from harmful Ultra Violet rays, which also resists damage due to fuel spillage, fading, scratching and curling.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Step 1: Wash your hands before applying decals. Clean the surface where decals are to be applied, making sure that it is free of dirt, oil, and wax.
- Step 2: The graphic design of the most recreational vehicles provides a specific location for registration numbers on each side. Locate these areas from your owners manual. Federal reguirement mandate that your registration letters and numbers must be adhered to the forward half of the vessel in colors that contrast.
- Step 3: Using a pencil or masking tape, along with a straight edge, lightly scribe a line to help guide you when installing the decals.
- Step 4: Pick out the middle numeral in your assigned registration number. Peel this decal and position it at the designated location. Work to the left side first, spacing characters evenly.

You get 4 sets of A to Z letters, plus numbers. I got them to put new ID numbers and letters on my powerboat – old ones were scratched and faded. They really stand out, were relatively easy to apply, and since I wiped them and the area with ceramic coating, they are protected from the elements and I have high hopes for many years of use.

High gloss vinyl. The letters are more clear than these pics show because of the background. They meet the 3' sizing - they are a little larger. Make sure you use these on colors with high contrast, so don't put black letters on dark red background for example. Comes in a handy pack with plenty of duplicates to do both sides of your boat. Good instructions are included. I deducted one star because some of the letters are cramped looking (like the M for example) and not as clear as they should be IMHO.

4 sets each of 3” upper case full alphabetic letters and numbers 0 through 9 comprising 144 characters in total. Easy peel off and plenty sticky. Easily seen so long as you choose a color contrasting that of your vessel. Perfect for my dinghy with lots of redundancy of course, unless your registration number has 5 repeating characters, in which case you’ll need to get a new boat!Easy recommendation.I hope you found this information helpful 👇

Made to last and look great while doing it. Even and consistent coloring, stickers cut all the way through so they are easy to remove. Vinyl is thick which is perfect for watercraft or lots of sun exposure. Great value for the price.

I found these to place on our delivery box we have for Amazon, UPS, FedX and USPS. The ones we had on before came off when we had a lot rain. Wanted something that could withstand a lot of water so we naturally thought of lettering for boats. These do the job, which is great. There are a couple of things that are a little irritating. First, I should say there are 4 sets of letters and numbers, which is very useful. The problem is with the sheets themselves. You can barely see the letters or numbers and must hold them at the right angle to find what your looking for. Additionally, the letters are not in, well, alphabetical order or placed sequentially. You have to hunt through each page, holding it at the right angle, to find what you're looking for. Though the product itself is great, trying to find the letters/numbers I need is too time consuming and I would probably not purchase again. For these reasons, I'm giving the product a 4. The physical product is great but the presentation is not. The first photo shows what you see looking straight at the letters, the second is at an angle with lighting and you can barely see the outline of the letters/numbers.
