The first time I used it and moved one of the clips along the bar they sit on, it broke, but I was able to put it back together. But they are not made too well, so use gently.

One would assume a metal rod would be soldered or welded to another. One would be wrong. After clipping on a pair of leggings, the horizontal snapped off. Yellowish glue. I’d hung up a ton of clothing already and couldn’t face taking everything off and rehanging do didn’t return.
