The assembly was simple, but upon filling with 280 gal the hoses leaked. Found a crack in them straight out of the box. Emailed the manufacturer and they referred me to Amazon which only offered a partial or full refund. There is NO SUPPORT for this item. The Three days later, we found water everywhere as the unit deflated and collapsed. So, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS. I studied all the inflatable hot tubs, and the top issues are 1. Does not hold air, 2. Does not heat well, 3. Does not fit 6 adults. 4. No support. It would fit 6 small children which I why they say 6 person instead of 6 adult. It is sad that the industry puts so much time and money into a product that just doesn't work. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND RESOURCES. What is even worse is that distributors keep allowing these deceptive products to be sold.
