As was stated in another 1 star review, these document holders do not fit a standard 8.5" X 11" document. You WILL need to use tape to affix these in and not have them fall out. It's a futile waste of time to try and fit the paper into the slots, it just isn't going to happen. Select another vendor - these are terrible.

I was disappointed with the purchase because the quality was poor. The slots for the certificates were off centered so the certificate would not fit neatly unless you use the corner slots at the bottom or the top. If use both it looks awful. The paper used was the certificate parchment paper. I kept the order because I really didn’t have time to start over. We placed the certificates in the bottom slots and handed to the students. I was ver disappointed. I gave a 2 because the certificate folder picture and product match but it ends there.

This was very disappointing... the 8.5x11 paper does not fit inside the holder inserts.
