Supposed to be 2.5mm thick. I haven't gotten the calipers out yet but considering 2mm is about the size of a thick pencil lead- this comes nowhere close. I'm sure I can find a use for it but not what I ordered it for.

All of the pieces that come with it are fine, but unfortunately the cord just isn't that great. It's very small and even if I pre-soak it in wax before I pour the candles they seem to only make a flame that melts about an inch in diameter, which is great for pouring small votive candles but not for anything larger than that. Maybe I just need thicker wick.
