The trampoline seems strong enough to hold an adult jumping on it continuously, and it states that it holds a total weight of 300lbs. We mainly purchase it for our daughter to play on it, and she loves it. It was relatively easy to assemble, just needs to unfold from its storage position, put the 6 small legs and then two bolts with nuts for the handle, if the user wants to add it.
