Got these for student rewards. Not very pleased. The erasers come off and the pencils do not sharpen very well. The graphite breaks easily. Color change is ok. Disappointed.

Bought these for my classroom prize bin. The kids LOVE my color changing pencils— but they’re not taking these. They take a lot to change color and when it changes it’s pretty subtle. Guess I will stick with the bright sparkly pencils.

My son loves the black pencils. He also gives them to his friends. They think it's so cool that the black pencils turn colors. My son said the other day he does want the brown pencils for school again. He wants to stay with the black pencils.Preteen approved.

The photos of this product are very misleading. Even with heat and very vigorous friction, the pencil color barely changes. You need bright light and squinting to see any color change at all. Extremely disappointing. Not at all like the photos.

My students love these color changing pencils. Keep them away from heaters or sunlight, as it will cause them to change colors
