I ordered the wrong battery but was able to return and get the correct one pretty easily. BUT, AFTER ONLY 3-4 MONTHS I noticed it wasn't holding a charge and now after only 6 months it will not charge at all!

I had to smush the wires in place to make the battery fit because it wasn't exactly the same as the original. But 2 months in and it Works! averaging about 4 hours of battery life per charge.

I love this company. The battery comes with three tools to help install it. They were helpful and I needed them as my small Philips head screwdriver was broken. I bought the wrong battery by mistake ad they were OK with me returning it. I got the larger 53W but it would not fit in the space. I got the 40W and that was just right.

Bought this battery to put in my Dell laptop. It only lasts about 45 minutes on a full charge. Very disappointed. I have double checked to make sure that I'm charging correctly. This battery looks good but is has terrible capacity.
