  • The charger may not fit your device, or your battery might not be a 36V Lithium Battery. If your battery is not working properly, it could be faulty. To check compatibility, please provide us with the brand and model of your device.

  • As lithium battery has a limited service life. The battery might be faulty. If you've used it for over a year or left it unused for a few months it could be damaged.

  • If the green light turns on when you plug in the AC power cord but turns off when you connect your device, it may be a battery issue. Check your device's battery and consider replacing it if necessary.

This way is half of the original. It did not charge the E bike to full battery. Only about 60%.

The charger does not work. I have two that I have to return now and the second one the light is barely blinking and it’s supposed to be just red not blinking a solid red and when it’s done charging a solid green, it’s neither both products suck tremendously.
