Charger not working, inspection steps:
1.Before charging, please check the health status of the battery. The battery has been in use for more than 12 months or has not been used for 2-3 months.
2.If the green light is on when the power is plugged in, but the charger does not work after the battery is connected, the green light remains on. This is because the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of our charger do not match your battery connector. You can try changing the connector to connect to your battery.
3.If there is a green light when plugging in the power. When the battery is connected, the green light goes out. The internal short circuit of the battery causes the self-protection function of the charger to fail. Please check your battery.
4.Only Fits For 36V Li-on Battery.Don’t use for Lead-acid battery.NOT for 24V and 25.2V and 29.4V version

Bought for my electric bike after the original charger had water damage. This charger works as well as the original, if not better because it comes with 2 other charging heads to be able to be used on most brands. If you need a replacement, this is a good one to get.
