A Set Screw is a type of screw generally used to secure an object within or against another object. Set screws are most often headless, meaning that the screw is fully threaded and has no head projecting past the major diameter of the screw thread. I used these on AFR Cylinder heads to plug unsed holes. They are only 1/2 inch long so when tightwnes you can't see them. Threaded smoothly and tight, and very fairly priced. You get 6 in a box.

Used to plug air holes in Ford E-7 heads. Surprised at how people do it any other way...lol
