We used these wands for a grand entrance for a bat mitzvah. Each guest had one and they waved them in the air. My only complaint is how easy they were to be destroyed by kids - I mean ideally you hope kids won't tear them apart, but they are kids. I'm just glad they don't fall apart like the foam sticks.

Ordered a large count box for both kids to use as bday party favors for their class. This is something that makes all ages happy so that was a huge plus that I could get one thing that worked for all. We have not had any issues with strands falling out like others mentioned. All wands had the battery tab in them and were in working order plus batteries can be replaced. I spent a lot of time comparing prices and products and I was very pleased with this choice.

I got these as party favors for my son's birthday. Best bang for your buck. They are bright and I think kids generally enjoy anything that lights up. Highly recommend.
