came as pictured in a little clear casetire caps to keep debris out and air in! WIN!the caps and tool is nice to have in the car. and has already been a lifesaver.i was doing random maintenance on a whim noticed i was missing 1 tire capso i purchased this set of 48 caps with tire valve tool to replace 1 of my missing tire caps and i now i have the ability to offer random strangers tire caps.sure enough a few days later after pumping up my tire air at random location air wouldn't stop gushing out of my tire valve and was leaking constantly. tried to push the pin a few times maybe it got stuck open. nope still leaking. great. so i tried to put a cap over it. nope. and then i put 2 caps on it. no dice. smashed a 3rd cap on top of the 2nd cap and success. 3rd times a charm.kidding aside i thought i needed to change out to a spare tire since it was late out and get a new tire valve which cost 25 to 50 to replace depending which shop you go to since they have to dismount tire install a new valve and remount and balance . major inconvenience anyway you look at it.then i remembered i just bought a set of caps that has a valve core tool just in time. i used the tool to loosen and tighten the valve core and that seemed to reseat the valve core and stopped the leak. WIN!next time i would just valve cores and install them just as easily first before going to a shop. might be next on purchase list since car has tire monitors tpms sensors.

Bought to replace metal caps that corrode and have to be cut off. Had to have two valve stems replaced this winter due to fancy metal caps could not be removed as they were rusted. May not look as good but work.

Excellent caps, the seals are a must have for valves. Very happy with the quality and amount of caps.
