It took a little bit for me to figure this wiring out. I used Google lens to read through translation on the box and diagram. Overall I'm satisfied with it's functionality. The instructions are OK at best if you know how to wire controllers up. If you don't have a switch for the 3 speed and have to short it out for high speed, make a jumper from pink to black wire. Once I figured that out the controller worked great. Or just get a 3 speed switch. Lol.Well, this is an update since i installed the first one and ended up buying a second one for my rear hub motor. This controller is great. Significant power upgrade on my 1000W front and rear motor set up. I had purchased a different one from another seller thinking it would be sufficient and it wasn't at all. Lesson learned. This controller is worth the money and i recommend it for sure. Not overheating and never had a problem with my controllers shutting down.

I am using it in conjunction with a LiFePO4 "48V" battery, which has a nominal voltage of about 52 to 54V. My power meter tells me that I max-ed out my controller at ~1980W, or ~39A @50V. I can verify that the controller is doing its thing correctly. It does run hot at max power output so I put a fan outside to cool it. The same fan is also cooling the motor.Overall, I am happy with this controller because it has cruise control function. My previous controller that came with the motor died because it wasn't rated for this wattage I need.

Puts power to the motor but no prevision for lights and I can't find a compatible display. Probably ok for a hot wheels type project but not a ebike for the street.

The description says that is for an ebike, among other things. The instructions are pretty awful and it appears that this controller has no option for a PAS system, which was my main reason for the purchase. It is now too late to return it. Oh well.

I bought this to amp up a 1500w hub motor, but I ended up testing it on a 1000w hub and it definitely added some power. One thing I did not like is: when you give it throttle it has a delay in it the response which can be a it more than you intended. I have learned to ease into the throttle and then it will hold a steady speed where it is held....alland all, I like it what does for my 1000w setup and may buy another for my other 1000w setup.

Not understandable Instructions , poor translation . Connectors and wire colors not close to matching what my ebike has.

A little different to wire up but love the performance. I have it on a electric bike with 54v Battery pack. At 54v it drops just below 30 amps at top speed so I would say this controller uses approx 1500-2000 watts in actuality. At 72v it would definitely hit 3k watts and drop down to somewhere around 2k at full speed. Wiring it up was straight forward. Tips: The switch wire(second largest red wire) needs to be connected directly to battery positive. Doesn't seem to switch on the controller if there is any resistance on the circuit. Make sure you connect the self learning wires and once the motor is working give it a few minutes to adjust. Performance improves if you give it time.

This controller is basic like adding a lcd that the con. The pro is when you got a motor that the hall sensors are not working this controller will work with a excellent throttle response. That why it gets 5 star I had a few motor that wouldn't work with other controller this baby fired them right up. Back to the cons you do need some electronic knowledge and and soldering skills or do the research because some of the connector are not the standard JST.I have a 1500 watt cheap motor and I can go over 35 mph on level payment and controller don't even get past warm on 20 mile ride. For the price I got a few and opened it up and it got the good FET. That my scoop on it you need a high watt controller this one the best for the money.
