Delivered with manufacturer defect, freezer seal was damaged dude to the door being glued together from what looked like poor painting. Requested return, was told to send back at my own expense, and the company reached out asking for pictures of damage but failed to provide a return email or link to send them.

The film on the doors could use some work, it’s like they put it on before putting on the trim and now I have film sticking out under the trim!

When I first got it on Saturday February 1st, I was super excited! I let it sit up right unplugged and then plugged it in on Monday. It was working great! ...... That is until this week. I noticed that it isn't keeping food/drinks cold anymore. I've set the temperature dial to a a cooler number in hopes of maybe it just got hit/moved some how, but that has done nothing. I plann on putting a thermometer in there to take a picture of the exact reading. I'm just sad because it's only been 2 months and it's already not working properly. (I'll update with pictures tomorrow 4/15/25)
